The present proceeding arises out of a Motion filed by the Plaintiff, Gordon W. McClure, pursuant to Section 22-7-6, N.M.S.A. 1953 (Supp.1975), to terminate any further obligation to pay alimony to the Defendant, Mildred Lucille McClure, and a Motion filed by said Defendant pursuant to the same statutory provision to increase Plaintiffs alimony obligation. The District Court for the Second Judicial District entered its Order reducing and terminating over a period of four (4) years Plaintiffs obligation to pay alimony to the Defendant.
